Exciting news – the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) has announced the finalists for the 2014 BILD Awards!

Here are a few Pinnacle Award finalists that we’re really excited about:

Best High-Rise Building Design

  • Yonge & Rich by Great Gulf, designed by Architects Alliance
  • Smart House by Urban Capital, designed by Architects Alliance
  • The Nest by The Rockport Group, designed by RAW Design
  • Aqualina at Bayside by Tridel, designed by Arquitectonica

Project of the Year – High-Rise

Project of the Year – Low-Rise

Green Home Builder of the Year – High-Rise

Green Home Builder of the Year – Low-Rise

That’s only five of more than 40 categories to get excited for! The point of the BILD Awards is to recognize not only the builders and projects for their excellence, but all the people, teams, and organizations involved. The categories include everything from Best Direct Mail, to Best Website, to Best Video (a new category!) – all aspects of the projects are covered, and everyone gets credit for doing such an amazing job.

The BILD Awards will take place on April 25, 2014 at Paramount Event Venue at 222 Rowntree Dairy Road (Weston Highway 407).
