Lanterra celebrates the groundbreaking for the highly successful Artist’s Alley condominiums

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, Lanterra celebrated the groundbreaking for the highly successful Artist’s Alley condominiums on St. Patrick Street in Toronto. Joined by a number of project partners including architects Hariri Pontarini, landscape architects NAK Design and a select groups of VIP brokers, Chairman, Mark Mandelbaum, President and CEO, Barry Fenton and President of Lanterra Construction Management / COO of Lanterra Developments, Christopher Wein took shovel to ground in front of the sales office set to be demolished in the coming weeks. As the project begins to take shape, Lanterra looks forward to keeping purchasers and area residents updated on exciting construction milestones. With a limited number of pre-construction units remaining, there is still time to own in the masterpiece that will soon be standing tall as Artist’s Alley.
