Barry Fenton, President and CEO of Lanterra Developments, has been actively involved in real estate for more than 30 years. Prior to creating Lanterra, he was the President of a major real estate firm that specialized in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties in both Canada and the United States. Mark Mandelbaum, Chairman of Lanterra Developments, has more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. Mark’s vision and expertise span the entire gamut of real estate operations from land acquisition to development, construction and marketing. Among his numerous accomplishments are many of Toronto’s most prestigious condominium addresses including The Rosedale, Maple Leaf Square and Ice Condominiums.
