Spring 2019 Condominium Updates

Spring is finally here! It’s that special time of the year when we can stop dreading snowstorms and start anticipating some fast and furious building. Whether it’s breaking ground for a new project or putting the finishing touches on a completed condo—the warmer months are action packed and we’ve already been busy.

The Britt
The glamorous lobby featured in the brochure is close to completion. Within a few weeks, that grand staircase and beautiful chandelier will be in place and ready to welcome residents and visitors alike. The concierge desk, mailroom, and elevator lobbies are already open. The fitness and yoga rooms are also available for owner use.

Units up to and including the 7th floor have already welcomed their new homeowners, with occupancy on the remaining podium level 8 imminent. The first tower levels will be ready for occupancy soon.

11 Wellesley
The weather conditions this past winter delayed some of the planned progress but the 54th floor level is almost complete. Now that Spring is finally here, we’re hoping to make up for lost time. Keep your eyes on the skyline to see this magnificent structure continue to shoot up.

When you’re looking up, you’ll see the windows have been installed up to the 44th floor. This means we’re busying with the interior work on those levels. The drywall, doors and trim, tiling, and kitchen and bathroom cabinetry are being installed. The lobby is also starting to take shape, with the extensive ductwork and the ceiling framing almost done.

We’re excited to announce that the new park, Dr. Lillian McGregor Park, is also well into the design stage. Keep an eye on our social media accounts for updates.

TeaHouse
If you’ve passed by the TeaHouse, you’ve also noticed that the slabs, walls, and columns have been completed up to the 7th floor. Behind those walls, the interior mechanical and electrical rough-in work is continuing. In the early Summer, window installation will begin.

Rodeo Drive
As you may have already noticed, excavation has been completed for Rodeo Phase 2 and the crane went up in December.  We expect to reach the ground floor slab in a few months.

Rodeo Phase 1 excavation continues and crane installation is scheduled for this summer.

Another exciting milestone to look forward to later this year is the start of the Color Selection process when you will have the opportunity to choose your own finishes!

Treviso lll
Great news! The building is now registered and we wish to congratulate all our purchasers on reaching home ownership. The landscaping and canopies along Dufferin Street will be going up as the temperature rises and the project will soon come to a completion.

Artists’ Alley
We have completed demolition and the site is currently being prepped – shoring should start any day. If you’re in the neighbourhood, pass by and check out the progress.

Notting Hill
If you thought your love of large, open green spaces and the best restaurants and shopping couldn’t be reconciled, this is the home you’ve been waiting for! Our newest upcoming project is located west of Royal York & Eglington.

Notting Hill Condos will be launched this spring. For all of the latest information, register here to stay in touch.

It’s always exciting to see our projects spring to life as they move from blueprints and brochures to excavation and building up to the sky.
