#BWYDistrict Instagram Photo Contest

Summer is here in the Bay Wellesley Yonge District, and to celebrate, we’re launching the #BWYDistrict Photo Contest! For six weeks, users can share photos from the District (or nearby) on Instagram to win an Apple Watch Sport! Be sure to follow us on Instagram, and check out the full contest details and rules below:

Contest Details

  • Enter to win an Apple Watch Sport by sharing your photos from the Bay Wellesley Yonge District.
  • The contest will run from Monday July 13, 2015 till Monday, August 24, 2015.
  • To enter, share a photo in the Instagram app from the Bay Wellesley Yonge District. Use the hashtag #BWYDistrict and tag @Lanterradev in the photo description to enter.
  • Users must be following @Lanterradev to be entered into the contest.
  • One winner will be picked randomly and announced on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.

Terms & Conditions

All contest participants in the #BWYDistrict Photo Contest are encouraged to use the #BWYDistrict hashtag in a photo description on Instagram in accordance with the terms and conditions as described below:

  • Only entries made within the contest period, which begins July 13, 2015 at 12 p.m. until August 24, 2015 at 12 p.m. will be considered.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or older, and must be a Canadian resident.
  • Only uses of the promotion hashtag #BWYDistrict on the Instagram app will be considered (i.e. Twitter entries do not count).
  • The “Prize” is an Apple Watch Sport, valued at $449 + tax. Lanterra reserves the right to amend the prize.
  • Any uses of the Contest hashtag that include any content that Lanterra Developments, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems to be abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, inappropriate, in violation of any law or another person’s rights, or otherwise in any way unacceptable, will be deemed an Improper Contest Hashtag Use, and will be excluded from the contest.
  • Each participant acknowledges that Lanterra cannot review all entries, and is not responsible for omitting entries into the random draw.
  • Lanterra Developments has the right to review or delete any entry using the #BWYDistrict hashtag.
  • Participants guarantee that their entry does not infringe upon any rights of any person or entity, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity, and/or privacy. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that he or she has obtained all necessary rights and authorizations from other individuals and third parties as necessary before submitting the photo(s) to this contest.
  • Lanterra is not responsible for any injury, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from the submission of your photo(s).
  • Each participant understands and agrees that any content associated with his or her Submission may be used by Lanterra, its parent companies, subsidiaries, af­filiates, successors, assignees, licensees, legal representatives and/or other designees, in any media, in advertising, publicity, marketing and promotional materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation. There is no time limitation for such use.
