On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, Lanterra celebrated the groundbreaking for the highly successful Artist’s Alley condominiums on St. Patrick Street in Toronto. Joined by a number of project partners including architects Hariri Pontarini, landscape architects NAK Design and a select groups of VIP brokers, Chairman, Mark Mandelbaum, President and CEO, Barry Fenton and President of Lanterra Construction Management / COO of Lanterra Developments, Christopher Wein took shovel to ground in front of the sales office set to be demolished in the coming weeks.
