New Heights, New Momentum Along the Eglinton Corridor

Notting Hill continues to evolve as one of the most exciting residential communities along Toronto’s rapidly transforming Eglinton corridor. With new architectural enhancements, major transit infrastructure now complete, and new community amenities taking shape, the project is entering an exciting new phase.

Here is the latest news:

Eight Additional Floors Added

In response to strong demand and continued confidence in the community, eight additional storeys will be incorporated into the design between Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development.

This enhancement further strengthens the architectural presence of Notting Hill within the evolving Eglinton corridor, elevating the building’s skyline profile while introducing additional opportunities for future residents to call the community home.

As the neighbourhood continues to mature, Notting Hill’s expanded height reflects both the growth of the area and the strong interest in the project.

A New Era of Connectivity on Eglinton

The long-anticipated Eglinton Crosstown LRT is now operational.

Running from Mount Dennis in the west to Kennedy Station in the east, the line connects communities across midtown Toronto with fast and efficient rapid transit. After years of construction along Eglinton Avenue, the transformation is complete. What was once disruption has become permanent city-building infrastructure that will benefit residents for decades to come.

Looking ahead, the future western extension beyond Mount Dennis is expected to continue toward Pearson Airport, with a planned stop at Royal York Road located directly outside the front door of Notting Hill.

For residents, this means even greater connectivity across the city and region, reinforcing both everyday convenience and the long-term value of living along one of Toronto’s most important transit corridors.

Park Construction Underway

We are also pleased to confirm that construction of the new park space is now underway.

This thoughtfully designed green space will add another dimension to life at Notting Hill, creating a welcoming outdoor environment where residents can relax, gather, and enjoy the outdoors. Located just steps from the community, the park will introduce a meaningful layer of nature and connection within an increasingly vibrant urban setting.

As the surrounding neighbourhood grows, this park will serve as an important shared space for residents and the broader community alike.

New Suite Release Coming This Summer

Looking ahead, a new release of suites will be introduced this summer.

Additional details will be shared in the coming months, and valued purchasers will be among the first to receive information about the upcoming release.

A Community Continuing to Grow

With new transit infrastructure now operational, park construction underway, and architectural enhancements moving forward, Notting Hill continues to make meaningful progress across multiple fronts.

Each milestone reinforces the vision behind the community: a well-connected, thoughtfully designed address positioned within one of Toronto’s most important transit corridors.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence. We look forward to sharing more updates in the months ahead.
