Design in Motion: Lanterra’s Vision Taking Shape Across Toronto

Toronto tells a story of progress, with glass reflecting sunlight, cranes tracing the skyline, and architecture meeting ambition. Our new drone compilation video captures that momentum in motion, showcasing the evolution of a city shaped by Lanterra Developments.

Since 1999, Lanterra has set the benchmark for design excellence in Toronto’s skyline. Founded by Mark Mandelbaum and Barry Fenton, the company has built a legacy of bold architecture, refined craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of urban living. For over 25 years, Lanterra has created more than 25 landmark condominium communities across the city, each defined by design innovation and enduring quality.

Today, that vision is alive across Toronto. In Etobicoke’s west end, Notting Hill Condominiums rises as a modern village of towers and courtyards. In Yorkville, 50 Scollard stands as a statement of global design, where Foster + Partners and Studio Munge have created one of Toronto’s most exclusive addresses. Uptown, Glenhill brings hotel-inspired living and fine architecture to Bathurst and Glencairn, while in the Distillery District, 31 Parliament climbs steadily toward completion, blending heritage character with contemporary form.

Meanwhile, two completed Lanterra communities continue to draw attention: Rodeo Drive Condominiums at CF Shops at Don Mills, and Artists’ Alley near OCAD. With only a select number of suites remaining, both represent rare opportunities to own within fully realized architectural success stories.

From boutique residences to skyline-defining towers, every Lanterra project reflects the same philosophy: great design endures. Toronto’s next architectural chapter is already underway, and Lanterra is leading the way.
