Exclusive Sneak Peek: 50 Scollard Hard Hat Tours

This week, select agents and partners joined us for an exclusive hard hat tour of 50 Scollard, our landmark Yorkville residence designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Studio Munge.

Stepping onto the construction site, the excitement was undeniable. From soaring ceiling heights to expansive window walls framing the city skyline, guests experienced firsthand how this iconic address is coming to life. Walking through the suite layouts, they saw the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that will define 50 Scollard’s limited collection of 129 residences.

A highlight of the tour was sharing news of our restaurant partnership with Salt Grass + Rare, set to bring an elevated dining experience directly to the building — a true complement to Yorkville’s world-class lifestyle.

These tours are more than just site visits. They’re about witnessing the story of a residence that blends timeless architecture, bespoke service, and the unmistakable energy of Yorkville. With occupancy on the horizon and limited suites remaining, the anticipation continues to build.

Stay tuned for more opportunities to explore 50 Scollard as construction advances. In the meantime, select suites are still available.
